As a Resourcing Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in our dynamic organisation, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to provide and execute recruitment solutions that align seamlessly with our corporate strategy.

- _Recruitment Strategy -_ Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies that address immediate and long-term talent needs.
- _Stakeholder Engagement - _Build and maintain effective partnerships with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to gain insights into department-specific recruitment needs and goals.
- _Selection Process -_ Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection, while ensuring compliance with equal opportunity legislation.
- _Employer Branding_
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organisation's employer brand, ensuring that it attracts top talent and aligns with group values.
- _Data Analysis_
- Utilise recruitment data and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make datadriven improvements.
- _Continuous Improvement_
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in recruitment and actively implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- _Networking _
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the talent acquisition community, including attending webinars and industry events to exchange ideas and insights.
- _Thought Leadership -_ Share industry insights and best practices with internal teams and stakeholders, leveraging external knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Knowledge, skills and competencies
- Degree level or equivalent professional role related qualification.
- Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
- A strong track record in developing and implementing recruitment strategies collaboratively with HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, building effective partnerships to align recruitment efforts with departmentspecific needs and overall business goals.
- Excel in managing the endtoend selection process, ensuring compliance with equal opportunity legislation.
- Ability to leverage data for strategic decisionmaking are crucial.
- Continuous improvement, evidenced through identifying opportunities and implementing changes, as well as staying abreast of industry trends, networking, and thought leadership, round out the desired skill set.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software.
