Description
As part of our ambitious expansion, we are looking for a Team Assistant to work alongside the Executive Assistant to Board, Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Team and IT and Operations functions to provide excellent administrative support.
This role will have responsibility for a wide range of administrative support services as well as daily management of our modern and stylish office based in central Macclesfield.
We are seeking a hard-working individual who can grow and develop into this role and who takes real pride in offering excellent support to a busy but friendly team.

The Role
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to Board, Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Team, IT Manager and Operations Manager
- Responsibility for daily office management, greeting guests, preparing meeting rooms, arranging catering etc
- Support with the learning and development/training scheduling
- Coordination of new starter process ordering IT equipment, arranging new starter packs, office inductions etc
- Data input into our systems, CMAP and XERO, for supplier invoices and expenses
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls, opening, and scanning post
- Setting up freelancer contracts and new supplier accounts.
- Completing health and safety office safety checklist and noting any concerns
- Managing display screen equipment (DSE) assessments
- Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations
- Office based Monday to Thursday, with Friday a homebased day
- Finally, many other varied tasks which crop up on a daily basis and are too exhaustive to list
Requirements:
- Excellent MS office skills
- Previous experience of working in an administration role
- High level of motivation and a real desire to make a difference in supporting the team
- Strong organisational and accuracy skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexibility to prioritise between several actions and work to deadlines
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
- A can do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a busy environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary:
Up to £23,500.00 per year
