What will this role achieve?

  • The successful applicant for a Team Member 1 role will have the ability to perform process and packing activities. The role requires a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.
  • What will be your key deliverables?
  • Control and operate a variety of complex processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out format changeovers and machine set up
  • Achieve the required planned output within product specification
  • Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste
  • Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Support Team Managers with the introduction of any improvement Initiatives
  • Employees must be able to complete traceability paperwork accurately
  • Bring your experience
  • Essential
  • Numeracy & Literacy i.e., date code responsibilities
  • Manual dexterity & hand
- eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc.

  • Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Dexterity and speed of operation
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.
  • Shift Pattern 12 hour shifts 7pm7am. 3 on, 3 off.
