Yolk is seeking a full-time Administrator to join Boutique Financial Services firm that specialize in providing independent financial advice and investment services to clients in South Wales.
This small team is looking to expand and are looking for additionaladministrative support.What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing incoming telephone communications from clients and facilitating enquiries.
- Supporting with all incoming and outgoing post
- Recording client data onto internal systems and records
- Assisting with compliance and employee benefit administration activities
- Assisting in the ongoing Health and Safety needs of the office
What Experience You'll Bring:
- Experience of working in an administrative position
- Ideally at least one year of experience in the IFA sector
- Confident communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently to deadlines and with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working across a range of IT platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What You'll get in Return:
- Salary £22,000£26,000 depending upon experience.
- 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays)
- Monday-Friday 95pm
- Great location on the outskirts of Cardiff, on street parking.
