In this Sales Support role, you'll be joining the London showroom for a Swedish design company specialising in innovative and sustainable flooring and rug solutions for public spaces.

They are well-represented around the globe and have worked with international brands and world-famous designers.


This family business was founded in 1949, with the idea of using a neighbouring factory's têxtile waste to make woven rag rugs.

As the Business was handed down through the generations it has transformed into a design-led business which draws influences from the world of fashion to produce unique woven floors for creative and inspiring environments.


Job description - Sales Support

In this Sales Support opportunity in London, you will be working closely with the internal and external Sales team, gaining insight into business development and sales operations.

You will be working on a wide variety of tasks, which range from handling all customer enquiries, conducting weekly follow-ups of all sample requests and building relationships with all UK contractors and resellers.

You'll be responsible for the administration that keeps the sales machine running smoothly.

Job requirements - Sales Support

  • Natural communicator, with skills & ability to engage with different clients
  • At least 6 months of administrative experience
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can spot inconsistencies or errors
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ambitious, driven to succeed and wants to grow with the company
  • Passionate about design or the creative industries
