As a Client Support Administrator, you will assist front office personnel such as Investment Managers and Financial Planners with daily tasks, including:

  • Preparing meeting materials for clients
  • Generating routine client portfolio assessments
  • Ensuring client data and systems are current, conducting necessary system cleanups
  • Ongoing monitoring of records to align with relevant regulations
  • Managing GDPR compliance
  • Coordinating with service providers to meet practice requirements
  • Handling client authorization letters, verifying plan details, and securing missing data promptly
  • Collaborating closely with Investment Managers and Financial Planners to update data and deliver exceptional client support
  • Compiling meeting materials and valuations
  • Assisting in preparing new business proposals and presentations
  • Cooperating with operations teams on various support tasks including transfers, corporate actions, and data maintenance

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior administrative experience in the financial services sector
  • Strong commitment to client and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines
  • Solid grasp of Excel
