- Precast concrete structures package and its interfaces with specialist 'cast-in' components
- Off-site manufactured services modules (risers, skids, corridor modules, etc.)
- Manage the offsite supply chain to meet delivery schedules, coordinating with Planners for JIT delivery and monitoring stock levels. Conduct capacity mapping of all components. Establish a component tracking system and matrix that identifies interdependencies, linking to design freeze for agreed manufacturing slots.
- Design and implement field quality systems to support DfMA workflows.
- Collaborate with the Contractor Alliance and supply chain partners to enhance knowledge levels and experiences, incorporating lessons learned to specify, develop, and test products optimized for offsite manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality inspections and generate technical reports.
