I currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance to work with my Clients in Elephant and Castle

Job Title:
Maintenance Operative

Location:
Elephant and Castle

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Salary:
£30,000-£35,000 depending on experience

DBS Check Required.

You will be supporting the Resident Managers and Property Team in delivering the best experience for our Residents by completing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities.

You will need to have great customer service skills and a go
- getter as this role is extremely fast passed.
Jobs duties are but not limited to;

Exercise initiative in responding to maintenance issues, liaising effectively with Site Managers and other colleagues.
Assist with the daytoday management of reactive and preventative maintenance.
Manage, monitor, and respond to maintenance requests received via in house maintenance tracking system daily
Provide support for electrical/plumbing repairs throughout the property.
Assist with flat turn arounds and undertake redecorating rooms and communal areas
Manage flat check outs at the end of the month

- carry out routine maintenance jobs required in flats and communal areas.

Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision when carrying out daytoday responsibilities.
Undertake regular building patrols around the Estate demised common areas and flats to identify any maintenance requirements or Health and Safety risks
Complete all resultant actions in accordance to the core operating procedures
