Description

Part-time Bar Person and dining room server required for busy hotel bar and restaurant

Bar work will be between the hours of 5:30PM and 11:30PM for every Saturday Evening and either a Friday or Sunday evening (Start time will vary when busy)

You may be asked to cover extra days and holidays when needed.

Your main duties will be to serve guests alcoholic and non
- alcoholic beverages, for this reason the applicant must be over the age of 18 and must have previous experience behind a bar

Other duties will include keeping the bar area clean and refrigerators stocked.

You will deal with cash/ POS system and card machines.

Your other duties will also involve some occasional late check-ins at the hotel, this will involve you using an online checking-in system and informing the guests of all relevant information.

You will also be responsible for answering the telephone between these hours, although you will not be expected to take any telephone bookings etc.

Previous experience in a similar role is desired.

There is also have hours available in our dining room, waiting on for breakfast and the occasional evening meal. The applicant must be flexible as shifts can vary

Split shifts are possible in this position, breakfast starting from 7.00am and then evening meals starting about 5pm ending at 9pm latest

We are preferable looking for someone who has worked in a hotel dining room before, but full training will be given
