We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Balance Collection Agent, reporting into our Credit Control Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting debts owed to the company, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

Contacting clients to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Regularly reporting on the status of debt collections
Experience as a Credit controller, with a track record of collecting debts
