Key duties for the Trainee Account Handler:

  • Providing administrative support to the Credit Team, supporting across Account Executive porfolios as well as New Business
  • Maintenance of internal client records.
  • Distribution of client renewal correspondence.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Issuing periodic policy reminders to clients in conjunction with Account Handlers and Executives.
  • Any adhoc work of an administrative nature or project work as requested by your line manager.
  • Working towards full Account Handler status within an agreed period.
  • Educated to degree level is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients.
  • Ability to manage your own activities and workload, contributing to the smooth running of the company.
  • Ability to work at pace with critical time demands.
  • Proficient in the MS Office package.
