You will work within newlyrefurbished, modern offices with state-of-the-art technology and an on-site gym.Key duties for the Trainee Account Handler:
- Providing administrative support to the Credit Team, supporting across Account Executive porfolios as well as New Business
- Maintenance of internal client records.
- Distribution of client renewal correspondence.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
- Issuing periodic policy reminders to clients in conjunction with Account Handlers and Executives.
- Any adhoc work of an administrative nature or project work as requested by your line manager.
- Working towards full Account Handler status within an agreed period.
- Educated to degree level is desired but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage your own activities and workload, contributing to the smooth running of the company.
- Ability to work at pace with critical time demands.
- Proficient in the MS Office package.
