    Product Manager (Logistics & DLM)

    Location: London, The Speechmark + (Hybrid Working*)
    Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
    Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

    What you'll do

    As a Product Manager within Logistics & DLM (Device Lifecycle Management), you will manage the performance of products (Returns, Trade In, Repairs, Deliveries, etc.) both commercially in conjunction with the segment team and experientially. You'd be driving a roadmap of change and continuous improvement, introducing new products, or supporting existing product change.

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

    • Leadership of the DLM Product Management team, accountable for development and performance of the portfolio and prioritising workload.
    • Own roadmap for Logistics & DLM products. Including: launching promotions, new products, changes to processes, proposition support, and journey improvements.
    • Responsible for change management of existing customer journeys. Ensuring channel readiness and comms management.
    • Proactively monitor product performance, identify pain points, and ensure the tools/processes are always meeting the minimum business requirements.
    • Ownership of all senior stakeholder communications including monthly reporting, back logs, risks or crisis management and opportunities.
    • Interface between channel and marketing teams for New Product Implementation (NPI) and promo roll outs, owning the Logistics & DLM roadmap and quarterly business calendar.

    Who you are

    A key element of the role is to have great communication skills and ensure close relations between various stakeholders, team members in Vodafone UK and Vodafone Group.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and ambition to drive outcomes are key to success in this role.

    In addition to this, we are looking for:

    • Experience in product lifecycle management - ideally in telco or logistics and deep understanding of customer needs.
    • Analytical thinking - able to use and assess data to make critical decisions, able to see wider business and CX impacts of change proposals.
    • High customer focus and ability to communicate effectively, inspire and influence.
    • Problem-solving skills are vital in this role, identifying gaps and CX issues, using initiative to drive continuous improvement.
    • Market knowledge of Logistics and Device Lifecycle products, key players, Trade-In models and aftersales markets with a track record of delivering products.
    • Prioritisation skills - able to prioritise changes based on business benefit and conflicting demands.
