Note:
This role is for our Belfast role.


Looking for a highly motivated and sales-minded Customer Service Rep to help us grow revenue across our existing customer base.


The CSR position will be responsible for closely collaborating cross-functionally to identify and qualify customers who we can upsell our robust product portfolio.


Responsibilities:


  • Become an expert in our product portfolio.
  • Partner closely with the Support Team to develop profiles of current customers and their specific business model, challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure a thorough and complete understanding of current usage of our tools and present complementary products to create deeper adoption.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our platform to existing customers and educate them on how we can help solve their business challenges and create growth.
  • Leverage lead generation tools to proactively create lists of target prospect accounts.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£20,886.83-£24,091.04 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)

  • United Kingdom (preferred)
