We are hiring a
Post-Production Versioning Producer

We would like someone who

Has at least 3 years experience working within a Post-Production Facility or similar within an Agency or Production House.
Can demonstrate a good understanding of how TV, Broadcast and Social content is produced and delivered through various channels and understand specifications for delivering files through various media channels.
Understands the versioning process
Will be able to confidently lead the postproduction process establishing a detailed schedule for the production of all deliverables and communicating that to both client and team
Build and maintain relationships with freelance editors and animators
In Pre-Production stage scope, budget and schedule offline / animation / grade / mix / online / VFX / versioning
Make sure the Post-Production process stays on schedule and on budget and all deadlines are met
Ideally has some experience with clearing scripts and Ads for TV through Clearcast and knowledge of TV delivery via Peach/Adstream
Has some live action shooting experience (but not essential)
Has excellent attention to detail when it comes to QC of final deliverables

We would expect you to

Arrange kick off meetings & briefings, prepare budgets, assign & brief editors, schedule client reviews, taking and distributing client / creative feedback & track budget and outcosts.
Liaise between internal departments creative, digital production, languages, project and account management and our clients ensuring smooth workflow and delivery of assets to schedule and budget.
Attend Audio sound studio sessions to help guide the client through the process.
Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus in pressured situations
Be selfmotivated
Be extremely organised
Have a good understanding of digital post workflows including Versioning, VFX, editing, grading and sound.
Have a good working knowledge of the different digital file formats
Have the ability to comply with client feedback and changes with a smile on their faces.
Be a highly organised team player
Be an individual that will not stop until they have delivered the best version of the creative execution
Be someone that demonstrates a clear respect for our clients and is used to working in a pressurised environment with a dedicated and hardworking team

Other details:

You will be working within a friendly "Moving Image" team based in Clerkenwell (Farringdon).
Currently the team includes 5 producers and 7 editors.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement
The Team handle a variety of different projects for all areas of the business including Social content and trailer reversioning, 2D animation, talking heads shoots and audio recording.
Salary £3540k (dependant on experience)
Must be legally allowed to work in the UK.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
