As part of our growth strategy, we are now looking for a Bid Coordinator in London who wishes to join an international and fast paced company.


Areas of responsibility:

Reporting to the Bid Manager you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supporting bid teams in preparing and submitting proposals, helping to closely adhere to customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Managing information flow for tenders, including document uploads and tender pack downloads from client information portals.
  • Updating and maintaining our proposals information system, and supporting bid managers in projecting future workload and resource demands.
  • Completion of questionnaires and customer information request activities, adhering to the company guidelines and meeting customer deadlines.
  • Monitoring and updating of tender portals, ensuring that relevant internal stakeholders are kept up to date.
  • Maintenance of bid library resources, including CVs, track record and technical approach slides.
  • Effective recording and dissemination of bid feedback.
  • Closely supporting and working proactively with Account Managers and Business Development team on bid activities.

Your background:

We are looking for someone that is highly organised and motivated and is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple indepth tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience of resource planning and/or project administration in a fast moving project environment.
  • Proficient IT user with extensive experience using word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • It is desirable but not required to have experience of working in the offshore energy sector and/or in a dynamic small to medium firm in the engineering sector
  • Your experience can demonstrate high attention to detail

The role is London based and could suit full-time and part time working (a minimum of 28 hours per week).
