    Join us as a Senior Contracts Analyst in our Legal department and become part of our fast-paced, global organization.

    Areas of responsibility:

    • Develop contractual responses to ITTs and proposal requests from Clients.
    • Evaluate clients' Terms and Conditions in accordance with company procedures.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to align contractual responses with project scopes.
    • Engage various Company stakeholders for input, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, Insurance, and Security.
    • Facilitate approval processes through Company Risk Review.
    • Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority matrix for approved contractual positions.
    • Handle submissions, review meetings, and coordination of team support.
    • Maintain approval records and oversee closure of actions.
    • Manage contract administration activities, including risk identification and mitigation.
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and adhere to Company protocols.
    • Seek legal advice from Group Legal on protocol matters.
    • Oversee contracts database and confidentiality agreements.
    • Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual terms in collaboration with operational management.
    • Assist in subcontractor risk management processes.
    • Resolve contractual claims and disputes efficiently.
    • Promote consistency and best practices across all regions.
    • Adhere to robust contracting processes and procedures.
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of company procedures and uphold them diligently.

    Your background:

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Prior experience in engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
    • Familiarity with key contracting principles.
    • Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating terms and conditions.
    • Ability to work effectively within a dynamic operational team.
    • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and deadlines.
    • Capability to maintain confidentiality and influence stakeholders at all levels.
