Production Operatives needed - Day and Night shifts available

Do you have production line or warehouse experience?

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment?

Are you physically fit?


Our client, based in Rochester, are looking to recruit
Production Operatives to assist in the manufacturing, assembly and testing of their products.


What does this involve? Duties will include:

  • Participating in all stages of manufacturing
  • Helping to meet production targets
  • Keeping working areas clean and tidy
  • Reporting any issues with production machinery to team leaders
  • Quality checking finished products
  • A manufacturing background
  • Worked in a Warehouse/Production environment.
Full training will be given so you do not need to have worked in this field before.

You will possess a
good work ethic, strong
attention to detailand have excellent time keeping skills. You must be
physically fit as the role may involve periods of standing and some manual lifting. Safety boots will be required.

These are permanent positions.

Our client can be flexible with shift pattern and are able to offer:


  • Mon-Thur 8.15am5.30pm and Friday 8.15am1.15pm
  • Mon-Fri 6am2pm
  • Mon-Thur 2pmmidnight with training on 6am2pm day shift
  • Mon-Fri 6am4.30pm
