Work with the Recruitment Administrator to drive a seamless process from start to finish- Confirm all offers are completed accurately by cross checking with the Recruitment Administrator Provide guidance and coaching to line managers about the recruitment process in pladis Hold others accountable for fulfilling their steps in the hiring process.- Use the case management and HR system when needed- Keeping tracker up to date for all live and closed vacancies.- Driving towards KPI's which are set against some of our key metrics- Ensure there is an even split of workload amongst the team, picking up more vacancies when needed.- Take the lead of continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process and feedback.

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Solid attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience of working within a Recruitment role, within a high volume environment
  • Broad knowledge of Recruitment processes
  • Can handle volume and intensity
  • Understanding of legislative changes that affect HR
  • User of SAP HR / Workday or other HR databases
