Our client provides both shared user and dedicated warehousing solutions to a variety of industry sectors and customers. They have vast experience in delivering values for our customers with bespoke warehouse management solutions.

Whether short or long -term, 50 to 5000 pallets, euro, standard or oversized pallets, the experienced team are on hand to offer expert advice and support.

The client is currently looking for a
Transport Planner, this is paying £35,000


Skills and knowledge

You'll need:
- knowledge of transport methods, costs and benefits
- maths knowledge
- knowledge of engineering science and technology
- design skills and knowledge
- analytical thinking skills
- the ability to work well with others
- complex problem-solving skills
- to be thorough and pay attention to detail
- to be able to use a computer and the main software packages confidently

Some other skills that have come straight from the client

  • General Haulage/Road Haulage
  • Must have UK knowledge
  • Understanding of legislation
  • CPC preferable but not essential
  • Back haulage contacts
