Transition 360 is a service established in providing a quality service for Young People in care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to the opening of a new semi-independent provision in Bradford (BD2)

We are looking for experienced staff to work in an organisation that specialises in supporting young people into independence, empowering and mentoring.

You will be supporting a Young Female Person to develop the skills needed to live independently. This will require undertaking relevent training and following a placement plan produced by your manager. Working hours will be from 10am to 10pm or 10pm to 10am with overtime available
at other times.
You will have direct experience of supporting Young People year old) in provide support, guidance and advice in all areas of daily life; this includes budgeting, health, careers, education, relationships, culture, identity, managing accommodation maintenance and safety etc.

Basic computer knowledge - competence in using Microsoft office, web portals and websites will be needed_
