Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of QuickBooks and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic office equipment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our company. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are organized, friendly, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.


Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
