Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a Manufacturing/Engineering business based in North Birmingham.
With a salary of up to £40k. 4 Days on site in Birmingham.
You will have strong generalist HR Advisor experience and enjoy leading on proactive HR projects, including coaching Managers, reviewing suppliers, updating and developing HR processes and policies.
