JOB SUMMARY:

Salary: £ £30000 per annumREF: 98222We are recruiting a Service Receptionist for a vibrant, local company (car garage) based in Henley on Thames.

This is a really varied role where you will be meeting and greeting customers and liaising with customers over the phone, booking in cars to be fixed and serviced and general administration such as invoicing.

Experience in the automotive industry isn't essential as it can be taught - what's most important is someone friendly, vibrant and bubbly who can liaise effectively with customers and make them feel welcome.

Full training will be provided.

Salary is £28k - £30k depending on skills and experience

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm

22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties include

Meet and greet customers and go through work required
Telephone bookings and loading into booking diary
Keeping customers updated on progress and completion of vehicle.
Phoning to confirm and approve any additional work required
Preparing the job cards for the next day including checking history and parts requirements.
Speaking to parts suppliers, ordering parts and receipting parts into our systems.
Invoicing completed work
