Tour Executive - £23,000+(pro rata) + Benefits - Elstree (WD6 3HJ)
**The Role

Are you passionate about music and looking for a job that combines your love of music with travel? If so, we are looking for you.


We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Tour Executive to join our team and help take our band to the next level.

You will be responsible for planning and executing tours, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.

If you are an enthusiastic, creative individual who is passionate about music and loves the thrill of a successful tour, then this position is for you

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Tour Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Work alongside the Event Manager's to organise all travel details for each booking.
  • To book flights and airport transfers for all staff needing to travel overseas to jobs occurring abroad.
  • To book accommodation for all staff when travelling to events.
  • Liaise directly with clients and staff over hotel bookings.
  • Liaise directly with hotels over accommodation bookings, for example prearrival and early check in and late check out.
  • To book tour buses and splitter vans for all events where needed.
  • To book parking and power onsite ahead of all events.
  • Organise work visas and relevant paperwork for overseas bookings.
  • Ensuring staff passports and relevant paperwork is up to date.
  • Ensures all communication is responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures that the correct administration is completed and efficiently filed.
