What will you be doing?

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will manage a team of warehouse operatives, you will support the team with daily warehouse tasks, ensuring safety, quality standards and first class customer Service is at the forefront of everything you do.

You will ensure regular and consistent communications with your team, working closely with individuals to support their areas of development and career growth.

Being focused on the performance output of your team, you will drive outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers, through a collaborative approach with Packing and Supply Chain teams.

Continuous Improvement is a big focus here with opportunities to challenge what we do, improve processes and performance, lead projects and encourage a forward-thinking approach to everything you do.

You have ownership for the following areas - Safety, Quality, Utilisation and Loading.

Hours - Monday - Saturday morning, 3 shift discontinuous (12hrs day and night shifts, no weekends)

This role is based on site in our Thames Refinery in London.

What are we looking for?

Supervisory/ leadership experience within a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Understanding of problemsolving techniques and ability to use available resources to rectify
Continuous improvement experience
SAP experience is preferred but not essential, experienced using Word and Excel

Training - We will support you by providing the tools to identify and pursue your own personal development plan, having dedicated time to discuss performance, development, and career progression.
