We have an exciting new opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor to join us here at Fenn Wright to assist with the valuation of commercial and development properties.
Working closely with our Colchester, Chelmsford and Ipswich professional teams, the role will assist with a range of instructions throughout the Essex and Suffolk region.
The intention is for the individual to be able to develop their role and qualifications, taking advantage of our excellent APC training programme and working closely with all members of our Professional team on valuation instructions, whilst also allowing the opportunity to gain valuable experience in landlord & tenant, planning & development and agency matters.
Essential Skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in written format.
- Excellent IT skills, competent in Outlook and Excel.
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work effectively with multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Creative
- Good at problem solving
- Genuine desire to be helpful to both internal and external stakeholders
Required Experience
- The use of IT systems such as Outlook, Office and any form of database
- Experience using a database would be an advantage
- Good local knowledge of Mid Essex area will also be an advantage
- You may be required to travel to client sites so a full driving licence would be an advantage
Qualifications
- Further and/or Higher qualifications in relevant field.
- Graduates seeking to complete their RICS qualifications.

The salary range given ranges from no experience to + 1 years experience post graduation practice experience.Job Types:
