Year in Industry - HR Co-ordinator

Are you studying Business, HR, IT or even Engineering? Would you like to learn how people make a business successful? We are looking for someone with fresh and exciting new ideas to join our team for 1 year from September 2023.

Day to day you will make a difference by _**- Supporting line managers with all necessary support to ensure focused ongoing people management.

Compile preemployment paperwork to be approved by the HR Team
Conducting company inductions for all new employees
Ensuring that good standards of data quality and protection are adhered to at all times
Collating and managing existing HR records and maintain accurate and up to date employee data on HR systems
Producing internal reports
Supporting global and division HR methodologies
Process invoices, raise Purchase Orders and process manual payments when required
Create vendor numbers and arrange concur access where appropriate
Visiting our UK sites occasionally according to business needs
Identifying any improvements in our processes

The person we are looking for is._**- Enthusiastic, driven and motivated. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work within an innovative, forward thinking HR team.

A student in their penultimate year of university preferably studying HR, Business, marketing / communications, or engineering.
Interested in learning how people management contributes to continued business success.
Someone with good business understanding and awareness with an interest in current industry trends & news.
Confident to suggest improvements and engaged with opportunities to learn and grow.
Flexible and willing to travel within the UK & Ireland occasionally.
Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment whilst seeing tasks through to completion.
Always seeking to improve and confident to actively seek feedback, appreciate and use constructive criticism.
