About the Role
Are you passionate about charity fundraising? Do you have an eye for detail and a positive, can-do approach to your work? Our fundraising team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity available for you We are looking to recruit a Database Administrator (known internally as Fundraising Database and Donor Support Assistant) to join our creative, hardworking, and all round amazing fundraising team.

About You
In order to be successful in the Database Administrator role, you will need to be able to build and maintain relationships within the fundraising teams across both sites, and have a personable, kind approach to your interactions.
The role requires someone who has a decent understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products, but can also interact well with members of the public, addressing their complaints or concerns in a courteous manner.
