Office Assistant - Hybrid

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000

***This is a permanent opportunity for an Office Assistant to work within a boutique consultancy.


Office Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Operations Manager to deliver our full onboarding processes and management of screening processes
  • Processing Associate contracts and contract related matters
  • Organising and undertaking tasks and creating and maintaining effective systems to support the Director of Corporate Services and Operations to deliver across areas including corporate risk and compliance, health and safety, GDPR, HR, IT, operations, facilities, and events
  • Undertaking general office administration and supporting the wider Senior Leadership Team, including managing diaries, mailboxes, and phone calls, maintaining office supplies, and creating and processing invoices

Office Assistant Essentials:


  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Effectively and respectfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of different formats
  • Work on their own initiative whilst taking direction from others
  • Recognise potential problems and have the initiative and creativity to identify and propose solutions
  • Be experienced across Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Always maintain strict confidentiality of data and information
