EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly respected Estate Agency brand with offices across the UK to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office covering the areas of Marylebone, Paddington, Hyde Park and Bayswater.


As the only Senior Lettings Negotiator in the team you will be working closely with the Lettings Manager to deal with all enquiries for Lettings, arrange and accompany property viewings, negotiate offers and agree new lettings.

For this role we are looking for an individual with at least 18 months experience in Lettings, ideally within Central London and a great work ethic


Role:

  • Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Dealing with lettings enquiries; registering new applicants
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new lets
  • Ensuring lettings legislation is adhered to
  • Keeping Landlords updated on the marketing and feedback for their property
  • Identify opportunities to generate new instructions/business
  • Support the Lettings Manager to achieve department objectives/targets

Experience/skills required:

  • 18 months + experience in a Lettings role
  • Experience of working within Central London property
  • Friendly, outgoing and naturally a team player
  • Solid knowledge of the lettings process
  • Great work ethic, enjoys a fastpaced environment

Benefits/Package offered:
- £20k-£25k basic salary per annum

  • 10% commission on lettings deals and renewals
- £45K - £50k + in year 1 increasing in year 2 due to renewals

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am 6:00pm (No weekends by appointment only)
