Are you looking for an Receptionist based role in Stowmarket our friendly, fast-paced team have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Receptionist to join the existing team
Our reception team at Haymills is looking for a part time Senior Receptionist to cover Maternity leave for 12 months.
If you're a proactive, organised administrator with a can-do attitude - we would love to hear from you
You will be joining a fast-paced and changing environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential.
Knowledge of the Trust systems such as Lorenzo, ESR and Oracle would be an advantage, however training would be given in respect to any training needs.
You should be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
Sometimes we are contacted by individuals who may be distressed or upset, the ability to deal with such situations confidently and sensitively is vital.
