The role...

The main priority is performance management and we know that you'll want to seek out improvements, in work practices and service performance once you've settled in.

As a talented manager who thrives on change and challenge across (1) Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Fleet (2) Operational delivery and (3) Customer Experience.

Here are just some of the activities you'll get involved in

Lead and inspire your Waste Jetting teams and ensure your direct reports are appropriately trained and competent
Create a culture of excellent customer service and "getting it right first time, every time"
Proactive management of future works
Review and approve method statements and risk assessments
Undertake regular safety audits / audits of work activity; identifying safety hazards and ensure controls are implemented

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate
Previous experience within the wastewater industry is essential along with knowledge in CCTV/Jet Vacuuming.

Excellent communications skills.

Commercial awareness, diplomacy and independent decision-making are key, as you will frequently find yourself balancing client expectations with contractual requirements and business needs.

A health and safety qualification such as IOSH, a NRSWA qualification, SMSTS and CDM training are all highly desirable.
