Would you like a home-based role?Are you an employment advisor looking for a client focussed role where targets are not the focus? Looking for a role which offers high level of flexibility with real progression opportunities (great track record of progressingpeople)? The charity is a great place to work with a supportive team who don't micromanage.

The role is home based but you must live in Basingstoke or surrounding areas helping support ex-military who are either unemployed or looking for work.

You will have a caseload of 70 service users helping them into employment or training opportunities.

Therewill be some occasional travel involved when it comes to meeting local employers which covers from Oxford to Brighton so driving is essential.
