Summer Intern

We are currently looking for driven individuals to join our Summer 2023 Intern programmes within IT, Finance, Retail, Investment and Actuarial.

IT
Providing technical assistance across Just and implementing new technologies.

Finance

Supporting the Group Controller at Just in a variety of activities including Business Finance Corporate Reporting, Expenses, Treasury and Procurement.

Retail
Ensuring end-to-end customer line of sight for all retail focused products and services.

Defined Benefits
A specialist area working with complex pension data to help Trustees review their pensions schemes and support their members.

Actuarial
Providing support in actuarial aspects of the pricing and development of retail retirement products.

Investment

Helping the investment team in sourcing, reviewing and investing into investment opportunities which will support the payment of policyholder obligations.

Skills and Knowledge

Good problem analysis and resolution skills;
A high level of attention to detail
Excellent capability with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
Good verbal, visual and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues in other departments.
A high level of drive, enthusiasm and resilience, with the ability to work under pressure.
