A very exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for an Administrator, working on a full time basis for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, which does have the potential to go permanent.

£11 - £12 per hour, with ongoing opportunities for bonus


Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.


Job purpose:

Administrative assistants are required to provide administrative, secretarial and financial support to the office.

You will be required to maintain and update accurate information on various data base systems and have the ability to write letters, handle queriesconfidently and maintain confidentiality at all times in order to enable the client to deliver a customer focused service more effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:_

  • Type and wordprocess various documents and electronic information, for example customer stock records.
  • Production of 'goods into store' and 'goods out of store' paperwork.
  • Production of weekly invoices for charges to customers.
  • Entering materials onto customers own computer system.
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to customers etc.
  • Covering sales and expenditure using programs such as SAGE, keeping BRC records etc.
  • Ensure an accurate, confidential and effective service by maintaining uptodate filing systems (paper and electronic), and security of information in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Savage Group and relevant legislation including butnot limited to GDPR.
  • Provide support for the office and team as required.
  • Deliver an efficient and customer focused service, by processing and responding to incoming communication (post, telephone and internet), taking messages, copying and distributing information as necessary.
  • Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service as required.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety.
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.


The admin team is responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the business and are first point of call for any enquiries.
