We are currently recruiting for a fantastic client based in Needham Market who are looking to add an experienced Administrator to their team.

You would be working for an engineering company providing modern installations to heating systems, bathrooms, and kitchens.


The client is looking for either an Experienced Office Administrator with a willing-to-learn attitude and drive to climb the ladder or an Experienced Contracts Administrator to provide vital support to the Contracts Manager and Finance Department.

Responsibilities...

  • Handle incoming calls, answering queries and take messages
  • Resolve queries internally and with suppliers
  • Record thirdparty invoices
  • Store and archive company documents
  • Provide Administrative assistance to Contracts Managers
  • Ensure that when set, timescales and deadlines are met
  • Operate in accordance with the company's quality system and codes of practice to ensure all documents comply
  • Undertake other duties at the request of the Finance Manager
