- Briefing and de-briefing drivers in regards to their delivery performance
- Data inputting
- Preparing delivery paperwork
- Downloading driver daily walk around checks, and booking in vehicles for any repairs, services or MOT
- Answering incoming calls and handling them appropriately
- Contacting customers regarding deliveries and or any offers
- General administrative duties as set out by the Office Manager
- Typing documents, reports, and correspondence accurately
- Experienced in an administrative role within a similar environment/industry
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Be computer literate
