Key Responsibilities:
Collect service charges, building insurance, ground rent, and more across residential and commercial properties.
Investigate and resolve breach of lease cases.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Previous experience in leasehold management preferred but not required.
