Join our dynamic resourcing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional service delivery that upholds the image and reputation of our Trust.

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our resourcing team in their day-to-day responsibilities, where your professionalism and dedication will shine.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your development through regular personal development reviews, conducted collaboratively every six months, you will have the chance to assess your progress and formulate a tailored development plan that aligns with both your individual aspirations and the evolving needs of our service.


Additionally, we prioritise the enhancement of our team's skills and knowledge, which is why we provide annual corporate mandatory training.

Handle telephone calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service by following instructions and effectively relaying messages and queries.

Receive and distribute incoming postal correspondence.

Accurately input data into Trac, NHS Jobs, and Microsoft packages.

Collaborate with the team to review and enhance existing administrative processes, contributing innovative ideas and implementing agreed-upon changes.

Continuously develop personal knowledge of administrative policies and procedures relevant to the organization.

Customer Service/Communication

Foster a customer-centric service approach, serving as the primary point of contact for interdepartmental and external interactions.

Manage telephone, in-person, and electronic queries, directing them to the appropriate staff member as needed.

Ensure unit is kept in a presentable manner at all times, with resources available and relevant stock levels maintained
