Description
An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, dynamic individuals to join our Site Management Team, as Senior Nurses for Patient Flow and Site Management.
The post holders will be key members of the site management team, to lead and co-ordinate capacity which supports effective clinical flow and maintains patient safety.
They need to balance emergency and elective demands effectively will be critical components of the role and as senior nurses you will work alongside managers and clinical partners to keep patients safe.
You will have the ability to collate complex information from multi-factorial sources, have confidence to escalate issues outside of the role responsibilities and lead on improvement projects.
A flexible and committed work ethos is required, with an open mind to change, whilst working within 24/7 service provision as part of a rotational team.
This is a leadership role focused on the quality of the patient experience through delivery of high quality, safe and effective care.
The post holder will work with operational managers, nursing teams and clinicians across the site to ensure effective delivery of patient pathways and ensure effective site management aligned to the Trust escalation processes.
~ In this senior leadership role, the post holder will demonstrate the values and behaviours that are explicit in the Trust Strategy. The post holder will be responsible for leading safe, resilient and consistent operational site management and facilitate safe and effective discharge in line with the Trust policies and procedures and SAFER standards.~ MFT is one of the largest NHS Trust In England with a turnover of 2.6bn & is on a different scale than most other NHS Trusts.
