Overview

Are you an experienced operations director or managing director with a track record of growing and stabilising domiciliary care or supported living organisations? If so, I have a truly amazing opportunity for you.

Due to a new acquisition, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Managing Director to oversee a specialist domiciliary care organisation based in Manchester that provide services across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside.

My client has anexcellent reputation for providing a person centred service across the North West.

This role offers the new managing director the opportunity to work closely with the owners to create and implement strategies to stabilise the organisation but also create organic growth over the next 3-5 years.

Location of the Managing Director role:
The office can be accessible from Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Ramsbottom, Littleborough, Stockport, Warrington, Bolton, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.

The Managing Director:

Must have proven operations management experience in domiciliary care services.
Must have extensive CQC knowledge and experience.
Must have a track record of driving organisational growth.
Must have experience of created and implementing strategies.
Experience in a supported living or domiciliary care environment essential
Must be passionate about quality care

The Managing Director Package:

Salary from £80,000 £100,000

The Managing Director Process:

The interview process for this role will be one stage.

Stage one -Face to face interview with the Owner.

Stage two - Face to face interview with the Owner, current MD and Operations Director.
