£Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Registered Nursing Home Manager in the Preston area of Lancashire. This role is working for a small, well-run Health & Social Care Provider with over 30 years of experience providing high quality care to the elderly.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for a strong manager who can bring skilled teams together and constantly improve on the quality of care.
My client is open to receiving CVs of both Nurse qualified and non-Nurse qualified managers with nursing home management experience.
The Registered Nursing Home Manager candidate:
Must have nursing home management experience;
Ideally have elderly care experience;
Excel in managing complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure;
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Package:

The Registered Nursing Home Manager Interview Process:
