CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Security Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users

Job Role / Requirements:

• SIA Licence required
• Security and customer service experience is required
• Must be flexible and be able to work; days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs
• Must have good command of English language & Good IT Skills
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
• Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
• Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
• A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
• To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
• First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable
• Must have five years of checkable work history

About You:

• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be proactive and think on your feet use initiative
• Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
• Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
• Confident in writing incident and shift reports
• The ability to be proactive and think on your feet use initiative
• To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
• To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
• Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
• The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control,

- gatehouse duties, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.

• Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems (Lots of sites use different Systems)
• To have a smart appearance befitting the company
• Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
• Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested
