A bit about the role
:


Would you like to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering a first-class service while taking a pragmatic and innovative approach to managing a unique caseload? If the answer is yes, then come and join the Information Governance team at Homes England.


You will join a highly skilled and collaborative team that is committed to driving Homes England's compliance with information access and data protection legislation, and which is dedicated to maintaining best practice in complaints handling.

You will play a critical role in advising and supporting key stakeholders across Homes England, while also engaging with members of the public and other external stakeholders, to provide timely, accurate and compliant responses to requests for information and to complaints.


This is an excellent opportunity to join the Information Governance team in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.

You will be supported, stretched and encouraged to take ownership of your work, to develop your skills and expertise in the evolving and challenging areas of information governance and data protection.


A bit about you:


We are looking for someone who has strong organisational, administrative and computer literacy skills, and who can work well in a team to achieve results in a collaborative, inclusive way.

You will be comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organisation and be able to communicate with others clearly, concisely, and confidently.


You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to organise and manage your work with efficiency and accuracy and will be able to demonstrate good customer service skills.
