Derby - hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days from home)

£45,000-£55,000
Have you got experience in an L&D role in the Financial Services sector?

Have you implemented Blended Learning and Leadership Development programmes before?

I am working with a small but perfectly formed business who are experiencing a lot of growth, to source a brand new L&D Business Partner This role will be reporting into the Head of L&D and providing a broad range of learning and development solutions


The company have gone through a big transformation exercise over the last 3 years, experiencing significant growth across all areas Whilst they grow, the company is keen to ensure that development pathways and programmes are in place in order to retaintop talent and bring up and coming talent into the business.

They have a large focus on Management and Leadership development programmes as well as specific Financial Services training, both of which this role will be heavily involved in designing and delivering.

Due to the sector of the business, professional development has always been front and centre so they have, and they will continue to invest heavily in professional development qualifications


This role requires an L&D professional with real creativity and ability to partner with stakeholders and build relationships, in order to ultimately drive engagement with the L&D offering.

The role will truly partner stakeholders to identify any training/developmentneeds and use real time information to design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes across the business.

So, what will you get out of this role?

  • Be fundamental in designing and delivering a blended learning programmes, including virtual, classroom and elearning training
  • Take ownership of Learning programmes that will actively feed into the success of the overall business agenda
  • Be an integral part of a HR team that operates as a true commercial arm to the organisation
  • Develop and deliver a first class Management & Leadership Development programme
  • Deliver industry specific training in line with regulations
  • Create learning pathways that will support top talent succession planning across the business and develop, engage and retain top talent
So, what am I looking for?

  • Experience in a L&D delivery role in a financial services business
  • Experience implementing/leading Management & Leadership development programmes
  • Experience designing and implemented a Blended Learning Programme
  • Experience designing learning programmes and pathways for top talent
