The Position:

We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Assistant.


As a Workplace Assistant, you will be responsible for the front of house customer experience, porterage and meeting room reconfiguration, and customer service delivery of the daily tasks of the internal property areas.

You will be passionate about service delivery and ensure all activity is focused on adding value to our customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Front of House Concierge and visitor support duties.
  • Front line Security duties including all visitor and contractor controls.
  • Operation of the front of house reception and guest services.
  • Meeting room management inclusive of meeting room reconfiguration.
  • Resource management meeting room booking system.
  • To take responsibility for the presentation, cleanliness, and safety of all the areas of the premises.
  • To record all site issues as they arise and recording updates and job completion.
  • To be aware and responsible for access and routine management of all approved contractors, such as service engineers, and window cleaners.
  • Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy to include monthly H&S checks, weekly lift alarm tests, weekly fire alarm tests, emergency light tests.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired, ideally in a commercial setting.
  • Demonstrates pride and accountability in your work.
  • Takes personal accountability in maintaining exemplary standards.
  • Pays attention to the smallest details that will enhance this prestigious working environment.
  • Excellent time management organisation and focus on ability to prioritise and multitask with clear ability to focus on detail.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of work with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible cando approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours as and when required.
  • SIA license essential for the role (if you do not hold this licence, training will be provided)
  • First Aid at Work certificate desirable.
