Reed are currently seeking an Export Customer Service Manager for one of our most prestigious clients based in Warrington.

  • This role would report to Head of Service and includes line management responsibility of a small team of
  • Midlevel management role
  • Ability to coordinate people and tasks
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the business effectively (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence to make decisions quickly under pressure
  • Proactive personality, a selfstarter. We need someone ideally who can come in and hit the ground running.

Day to day tasks will also include:

  • Co-ordinate shipping of exported goods, liaising with internal departments, external haulers and shipping agents to ensure goods are delivered to customers within the agreed timeframe
  • Prepare and produce all the required documentation for exported products appropriate to the country of delivery, to comply with all legal requirements and ensure the company receives the correct payment for those products
  • Liaise with colleagues across Europe regarding goods exported to their local market ensuring orders are received on time and that the market in being serviced correctly and efficiently
  • Process IC pricing to ensure all internal requests are dealt with within the Centrally agreed IC rules. For both export and import ofproducts
  • Process invoice workflows and challenge discrepancies with logistics partners.
