This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company in the award winning Chiswick Business Park.
Our offices are located in 8 acres of beautiful tree lined grounds with a great variety restaurants, sports and club activities available.

- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining, and offering solutions, striving for first contact resolution
- Manage and respond to Zendesk tickets efficiently and accurately in a friendly manner
- Be able to provide personalised customer service including handling and managing difficult situations
- Answering calls whilst working in a fastpaced environment
- Taking payments
- Support with the training administration process
Person Specification:
- Zendesk Experience (preferred)
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Previous office administration experience required
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Able to work with own initiative + Team Player
- Empathetic: Demonstrates understanding and compassion towards customers' concerns and needs
- Active Listening: Attentively listens to customers to fully understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Patient: Maintains composure and remains calm, even in challenging situations
- Adaptable: Can adjust to changing circumstances and approaches in a dynamic work environment
