This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company in the award winning Chiswick Business Park.

Duties:


  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining, and offering solutions, striving for first contact resolution
  • Manage and respond to Zendesk tickets efficiently and accurately in a friendly manner
  • Be able to provide personalised customer service including handling and managing difficult situations
  • Answering calls whilst working in a fastpaced environment
  • Taking payments
  • Support with the training administration process

Person Specification:


  • Zendesk Experience (preferred)
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Previous office administration experience required
  • Strong problem solving and organisational skills
  • Able to work with own initiative + Team Player
  • Empathetic: Demonstrates understanding and compassion towards customers' concerns and needs
  • Active Listening: Attentively listens to customers to fully understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Patient: Maintains composure and remains calm, even in challenging situations
  • Adaptable: Can adjust to changing circumstances and approaches in a dynamic work environment
