Role:
Contracts Manager

Based in Southern region

Certificates:
SMSTS, First Aid Trained, CSCS Card, Full Driving License is essential.

Job Type:
Full Time Permanent.

Significant part of the job requires the use of Microsoft Projects & Excel so familiarity and skill utilising these software programmes would be required - alternatives include ASTA etc.

Trade background preferred - Carpentry & Joinery.
Retail experience is key. Ideally supermarkets - Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op etc.

Must be able to demonstrate proven experience working closely with clients, design plans and being commercially-focussed as this is central to the success of Contracts Managerswithin the company.

Salary:
£55,000 + package
