- Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation.
- Manage the general inbox and respond to supplier and in-house queries.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed. The successful Accounts Assistant will require:
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
